Founded in 2015 by pastry chef Justin Stamaria, Sweet California began as a small farmers market stand in Downtown LA, sharing traditional family recipes with a modern California twist.
Our commitment to quality ingredients and artisanal techniques quickly earned us a loyal following, allowing us to open our first brick-and-mortar bakery in 2018.
Today, we continue to honor the traditions that inspired us while embracing innovation and sustainability in everything we create. Each pastry tells a story of heritage, craftsmanship, and the vibrant flavors of California.
